By enrolling in/or using the Cashbackbay Programme you agree that you have read and understand this Agreement and that your membership in the Programme will conform to its terms and conditions.
1. Cashbackbay is for the use of UK residents. Residents of other countries will be accepted into the Programme, however it is their sole responsibility to ensure that the collection and redemption of cashback does not contravene any local laws regarding sales promotion or sales incentive schemes. If such activity is deemed to contravene any local laws, Cashbackbay. may at their discretion close such accounts as are held in these countries. An individual can join the programme once only. An individual maintaining multiple Cashbackbay accounts or making fraudulent transactions can be removed from the Programme, at Cashbackbay sole discretion.
2. As a member you agree to provide only true and accurate information to the Cashbackbay Programme (including its advertisers and partners) at all times.
3. It is required that you use your username and password to identify yourself and will be required to provide them when making a redemption or earning cashback.
4. Cashbackbay does not make any warranty, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality of, or assurance of any advertisement or any merchandise, products, or services offered or provided by third party companies participating in the Cashbackbay Rewards Programme.
5. Cashbackbay members may earn cashback for joining of the Programme; taking advantage of cashback earning opportunities within the Programme and other third party websites; reading and responding to offers from participating advertisers and partners via email and complying with the terms of other offers or Programmes from Cashbackbay or other companies.
6. We will make every effort to ensure cashback offers are correctly illustrated. It’s important to note that all transactions you make are not with us but the individual retailer. Your Cashbackbay account will only be credited when the retailer confirms your transaction. Sometimes this happens immediately, although often our retailers process transactions when their returns policy date has expired (this can be 30 days plus). Should the goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then the cashback payment will not be made. All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the retailer. Cashbackbay will make every effort to ensure that retailers are correctly reporting cashback sales however we cannot be held responsible should the retailers systems fail to report back your sale. (In the rare case that this occurs we will make every effort to negotiate the cashback reward from the retailer on your behalf; however the retailers decision is final).
7. Cashbackbay rewards have no monetary value and can only be used in redemption of rewards.
8. If you choose to have your cashback payment to be credited via BACS direct to your nominated bank account. You acknowledge that in the event that you provide incorrect bank account details your payment cannot be re-issued.
9. Unclaimed cashback for a period exceeding 12 months will be canceled. Dormant account (showing no transactions) for a period exceeding 12 months will be terminated.
10. Cashbackbay is not responsible for changes or expirations of third party rewards, and bear no responsibility for inaccurate communications of rewards by any participating company.
11. Cashbackbay reserves the right to change available redemptions or reward amounts.
12. Referral Terms
You will receive £0.70 referral cashback once the referred makes his/hers first cashout.
We do not allow spam or abuse of our referral program.
You will not receive referral cashback for referral cashback earned by the referred user.
Cashbackbay is not liable for damages caused by banners.
We do not accept advertising from, Adult sites, Drug sites, with illegal or objectionable content, TheftWare, Hijacking, Blockers, Controversial and political.
